2 x Vivaldi Valpolicella Ripasso 2017 (Italy)

Intense ruby red. Perfumed with complex notes of red fruits, vinous and spices. Harmonic, full bodied and velvety with well balanced tannins and acidity.

This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards located in the Valpolicella DOC area and is obtained through the wine-making technique known as “ripasso”, or double fermentation. It is rich, warm and soft on the palate thanks to the velvety tannins that distinguish it.

2 x Baglio Gilbellina Passimento Nero D'Avola Frappato 2019 (Italy)

Bright intense red. Characteristic, intense bouquet with hints of red berry fruits. Warm, full-bodied and harmonious in acidity, with smooth and elegant tannins.

From the old vineyards shaken by intense pulsions that rise from the deep roots of the earth to shake the best grapes, this wine comes to life with the authentic Mediterranean fragrance, vibrant at the hot winds from the South and at the cold winds from the North. Our master of the vineyard, “maestro”, decides the time of the harvest and as a conductor from the different elements creates the harmony of “u…passimiento”. The selected old vineyards are located on the hills between 300 to 600 meters above sea level. Are grown using Guyot on clay soil with limited yields of grape per hectare.

2 x Ippolito Liber Pater Cirò Rosso 2017 (Italy)

Ruby red in color with a light purple hue, complex aromas of wild berries, violets, spice and a soft note of oak provided by barrique aging. It is a full-bodied, rich and velvety wine.

100% Gaglioppo grapes grown in sand & limestone 250m above sea level on 35-40 year old vines.

Grapes were fermented in stainless steel, with a long maceration with skins on followed by ageing for 8 months in French oak barrels.
