Blisphora is a revolutionary formula featuring clinically effective levels of SAMe (s-adenosyl-L-methionine), a compound native to the body that is a critical component of many biochemical reactions and plays an important role in supporting positive emotions.* This powerful formula combines significant levels of body-ready folate (the next generation of folate with improved bioavailability) and vitamin B12 (as easy-to-absorb methylcobalamin) to support SAMe metabolism, methylation, and healthy neurotransmitter synthesis for a balanced mood.*
Recommended Dose:
Adults take 1 tablet per day on an empty stomach with water 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have hyperhomocysteinemia. Do not take at night since product may cause nervousness, restlessness, and insomnia. Not recommended for use in children. If taking anti-depressant medications, hepatoxic drugs or monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, consult your healthcare practitioner before taking SAMe in place of or in addition to those medications. Possible side effects are: mild gastrointestinal upsets (such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and flatulence), nervousness, hyperactive muscle movement, insomnia, and hypomania. People with bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness) should not use SAMe unless under medical supervision. For prolonged use or if symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if package is torn or open.
This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
