Shipping time

 The collars are made in our hometown in Brazil and imported to our inventory in San Diego for fast US shipping. Your order is shipped from San Diego, CA within 2 business days from the day you place your order and it takes in average 3 business days for delivery. Please note that this is an artisanal product and depending on the model and size chosen, production time can vary but we will notify you immediately if that is the case.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Collar must be returned brand new and unused. See returns policy for details at the bottom menu of the site. This collar is covered by our 1 year warranty. See warranty policy for details at the bottom menu of the site. Important info about the anti-choke system and warranty exclusions

The anti-choke system is made to allow your cat to escape in case the collar gets caught on an object to prevent choking. It’s made of an elastic. This elastic can rupture or “pile” if the cat intensively scratches it or gets his collar caught on something. The elastic piling or breaking in emergency is not covered under the warranty. If you plan to use the cat collar on a dog or if you don’t want the elastic-anti choke system, we can make the collar without it. It will be made to order. Send an email to [email protected] and we will send you a custom link to purchase the cat collar with no anti-choke elastic. It will not cost extra. We strongly recommend keeping the anti-choke system even though it reduces the lifespan and durability of the collar. The anti-choke is a safety feature needed for cats.
