Carska Vitamin D3+K2 – the perfect duo!  It has a formula that stands out among other products available on the market, as much as 4000 IU (100 μg) D3 and 75 μg K2MK7 in 1 drop.

Vitamin D / 4000 IU (100μg) (2000%*)

Vitamin K / 75 μg (100%*)

Ingredients:  MCT oil from coconut, vitamin K from natto (menaquinone), vitamin D from lanolin (cholecalciferol), antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.

Directions:  Shake before use. Measure the recommended dose. Consume directly or add to water or other cold liquid. Due to the use of MCT from coconut, which has slightly different properties, for more precise dosing we suggest that the first few drops be measured slowly into the bottle, and then start the proper portioning. This will prevent dripping from the pipette.

Recommended daily intake:  1 drop. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 drop).

Storage method:  store at 15-25° C, out of reach of small children.

Recommended precautions: Do not use if allergic to any of the product ingredients. The dietary supplement is intended for healthy people over 75 years of age. The product should not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin). Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A dietary supplement is a food whose purpose is to supplement a normal diet. A dietary supplement has no medicinal properties.

Algo a second book with a whole catalog of Tissot watches men and women. The watch looks better when you put in on your wrist. The “naval” blue really gives the clock a classy look. The stainless steel workmanship is really good, the metal is bright and perfectly polished. The metal wristband quality is very good, did not have any problem to adjust the size , I went to my preferred clock workshop for this job, they extracted a few pieces of the band to fit to my small wrist size. Have to get used to the butterfly latch, but after a few days, now I learned to open and close it without any effort. I've only had the watch for a day but wanted to leave a quick review on it to share a couple of notes. So far it keeps VERY good time, better than any of the automatics I own (including a Rolex Submariner, Tag Heuer Aquaracer, Tag Heuer Formula One, and several other sub $1k watches). I set it to an atomic time app on my phone yesterday and 24 hours later it's still SPOT on - hasn't gained/lost even a 1/10 of a second. I was shocked to see it's kept PERFECT time for the last day, I'm really blown away so far. I've worn it the entire time, we'll see how well it keeps time while being stored in a winder. This picture shown is the watch with a 22mm leather band on it, fit's without any issues (just need to squeeze in the leather a tad). I doubt it would work with a 22mm metal bracelet, but leather works great. Just FYI since the 21mm lug width is kind of odd. The face isn't quite a lustrious as the images make it look, but it's still a great-looking watch. For a sub $1000 automatic you can't go wrong, this is a fantastic watch at a great price. It'll be my daily driver for some time I'm sure. If I have any issues in the future I'll update the review.
