A basic pre-built complete gun will have everything from the kit properly machined and installed by our expert techs. It will still require some level of break-in and fine-tuning to optimize performance; however, most of the legwork has been completed. This is an ideal base platform for those who enjoy tuning guns and do not have access to machinery.

Fully-tuned Option:

• Completely assembled with all necessary machining.
• Trigger mod installed for pull adjustment & airflow maximization.
• POM Crush Ring installed to increase durability.
• QD fitting included.
• Fine-tuned for optimized trigger pull and cycle smoothness.
• Plunger Spring mod installed.
• PDI Sus304 Steel 6.05mm Barrel for even better accuracy and long-lasting performance.
• Flat tip hop-up screw installed.

A fully-tuned pre-built complete gun will have everything from the kit properly machined and installed by our expert techs. It will also include a better barrel group for better performance. The break-in process will be done for you, which means that this gun is ready for the field.

Please note that unless requested otherwise, the build will focus on semi-auto performance. We will ensure full auto is functional; however, due to the design of the Daytona system the performance (of full auto) may vary.

The Daytona Airsoft System kit means you can have even more recoil, louder noise than GBB system, and increased effective range like fusion engine, without spending a fortune on GBBR mags. It requires around 2000-4000 bb break-in period where a small number of fliers and chopping of bbs may occur. This is normal while the system is breaking in.

You are required to install an AEG barrel made of either brass or steel. Never use aluminum barrel since it will be bent by hop up set screws. You also need to prepare an HPA tank and Redline regulator with single QD disconnector wide bore airline. 

During the break-in period, please keep lubing your gun with getsome 1000 lubricant. Only use the quality BBs that you intend to use for gaming during break-in, never cheap out.  As soon as all your shots are consistent you can turn on the gradually (1/8 turn each time) until you reach your designated trajectory.

Please Note:

Parts and accessories unused by the conversion process from donor guns supplied by Daytona Gun Airsoft are not included. These are retained by Daytona Gun Airsoft.

These often include, but are not limited to:

• Gearboxes and external gearbox accessories (ie. selector arms and gears)
• Motors
• Gas magazines
• Inner barrels (on full builds and all gas guns)
• Hop up chambers and buckings
• Non-electric hi cap magazines (these generally do not work well/at all with DGs)

Unused parts and accessories will only be returned when the customer supplies a donor gun for conversion.
