Adhering to the traditional precept of preventing malo-lactic fermentation to give the Champagne a fine quality, together with successful ageing, this Champagne - although full bodied is fresh, crisp with a signal dry quality (11g/l dosage) while developing more complexity over time. Grapes for this NV Champagne are sourced only from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The dominant Pinot Noir (50%) is from Aube region, with 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier.
