                                                                                                                                How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.

                                                                                                                                Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains (reference intake %):
                                                                                                                                Folate (Quatrefolic®) - 800 µg (400%), Inulin - 345 mg.

                                                                                                                                Ingredients: Inulin (chicory root), pullulan (capsule shell), folate (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid).

                                                                                                                                Storage: Protect from light, store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Keep out of the reach of small children.

                                                                                                                                Precautions: Use after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.

                                                                                                                                I had been using knock off apple earbuds for a long time(i still do for audio haha) but lately people have been complaining my mic cuts out or is too quiet etc - so i finally gave in and got myself this mic - not a single word since(except how much better it is). You could probably do ASMR on this if you wanted to lol - it has all sorts of audio modes. I like the single directional one since I have a wall right in front of me (and behind the mic) so sound bounces the wall and would normally cause an echo, but this mic just ignores it and sounds great regardless. Its very well made, I don't think anyone would have anything bad to say about the build quality, its got a nice metal frame and a built in pop filter which is good enough for my use. It is just plug and play. If you have a little money to spare and are looking for a mic - I don't think you can go wrong with this one
