Finding the right story for new origins, figuring out the best way to roast them and honing on specific flavours through brewing and tasting. It’s so much fun and it really draws me more in. A sip of this, a sip of that, more of this and less of that until we find the best expression of that coffee. It’s our obsession and we’d like you to experience it too! 

Our first tasting trio is an introduction to coffee, from single origin to blends, from filter brewing to espresso, from hot to warm to cold. Coffee is never just one thing. You’ll get a taste of all of these new coffee experiences. You might also discover a new favourite, how exciting is that.
