Ingredients
- Plantain (Plantago lanceolata)
- Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
- Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
- Mullein (Verbascum densiflorum)
- Grindelia (Grindelia robusta)
- Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
- Aniseed oil (Pimpinella anisum oleum)
- In a natural vegetable glycerine base. Contains ethanol. Hypoallergenic.
Dosage
Adult:
- Acute 1-2 Weeks: 5ml, up to 6x daily
- Chronic or Recurring: 5ml, 2x daily
6-12 Years:
- Acute 1-2 Weeks: 2.5ml, up to 6x daily
- Chronic or Recurring: 2.5ml, up to 2x daily
0-6 Years: Kids Chest Relief.
For immediate support, take every 30 minutes for up to 3 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses per day. For children 0-6 years, we recommend Kids Chest Relief Day or Kids Chest Relief Night.
Special Instructions: Shake well before use. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool place.

- Contraindications: over-sensitivity to any ingredients

- Discontinue use if irritation occurs

- Bronchial Asthma: suitable within the recommended dosage

Works for foot psoraisis

Got these for work (service industry) to reduce issues with psoriasis and blisters while putting on 20k+ steps a day. Over time the wounds healed and I could work without so much pain. I now don't use them all the time like I used to, only when a new lesion or blister appears, too prevent a breakout. Tip: if you're not in full breakout, wear thick socks under these as a barrier to friction.

Work well but run small

They do seem to run a bit small. I bought them for my bf but snagged them from him because I couldn’t resist! I’m about a W8/12 and they were just a little big but unlike others, I just put them on while sleeping and didn’t walk around with them. If you’re just planning on that, they did a great job at sloughing and moisturizing 😎

Good socks they work.
Size: 2 pairs black L
I normally wear size 13&half to 14 men's, and these fit me ok. They sit just below the ankle. They can get a little tight for me so you should look out for that if you are on the thicker side. But they work as advertised and help moisturize your feet. I recommend wearing them if you're going to just be hanging around home for a bit in one spot as they can be a little slippery to walk in if you go fast. Would not recommend going up and down stairs.
