"Rich, appealing, creamy-textured Chardonnay with layers of white peach, lanolin, ginger, brioche and subtle spicy flavours. A seamless, integrated wine that defines subtle power. So approachable now it's hard to imagine it getting any better, but that's an exciting possibility" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Mar 2020

"This is stunningly beautiful; the complex bouquet shows ripe stone fruit, rockmelon, vanilla and hazelnut characters with a hint of flint. The palate offers terrific fruit purity and power, while remaining graceful and harmonious, creamy texture and juicy acidity. It's expansive and seductive with a lengthy engaging finish. At its bset: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, May 2020

"A immediately captivating and and complex bouquet with aromas of wild white flowers and honeysuckle, sweet grapefruit and white peaches, red apple, new-ish French oak scents and a core of minerality. On the palate - delicious; complex, layered and lengthy. Flavours explode on the palate with apples and sweet citrus, minerals and fine oak finishing with a flinty, mealy feel. Complex, lengthy and delicious! Best drinking from today and through 2024" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, May 2020

"Bright, medium yellow colour with some depth, even tone throughout. The nose is voluminous with aromas of melon, stonefruit in the background, fronting with butter, toasty oak with notes of coconut and spices. Full-bodied, creaminess fills the palate with abundant fruit aromas of rockmelon, nectarine; good energy pulling the right amount of acidity, an amalgam of spices shines through with warm toasted coconut and nuts undertone. The mouthfeel is creamy, balanced by lively acidity; leaves a comfy weight without being overt, carries it to a sustained chalky mineral finish. This is a voluminous, complex Chardonnay with flavours of rockmelon, nectarine, creamy palate balanced by fine acidity; bracing warm butter, an amalgam of spices, coconut and warm nuts nuances, leading a chalky mineral sustained finish. Match with roasted chicken, sausage casserole over the next 5+ years. 80% whole bunch pressed, wild yeast, 100% French oak barrels fermented to 14% alc, full MLF. Aged in barrels for 11 months, then further aged in stainless steel for 3 months. No fining. Vegan. BioGro organic certified" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Jun 2020

Aromatically inviting with golden kiwifruit, nashi with mild oak and coconut husk. The palate is full with generous flavours supported by fine grained oak phenolics and ripe acidity.

2018 was a generous year for Chardonnay, with careful shoot selection and meticulous canopy management, the best fruit was able to ripen perfectly over the long warm Autumn. Organically managed, the combination of undervine cultivation and longer irrigation cycles has driven the Chardonnay vine roots deep into the soil profile. This Chardonnay wine is a blend of two vineyard blocks. One block is limestone dominant, while the other is clay dominant. The two clones, Mendoza and Clone 95, flourish differently in both blocks. Mendoza is the cornerstone of our Chardonnay. The clone is known for its small, open grape bunches, intense fruit-driven flavours and chalky minerality.

Chardonnay blocks were hand-picked and processed without the use of additives. The Limestone block was pressed as whole bunches and pressed the Clay block after foot crushing. Each block was fermented separately in French oak barriques without intervention, allowing the wild yeasts and bacteria to perform primary and malo-lactic fermentation through to completion. Barrel aged for 11 months before tank aging for 3 months. Estate bottled without fining.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Highly recommend.
Format: Paperback
One of the most helpful, lucid, and comprehensive books on shame I've encountered. This was required reading for graduate school and is now one of my most returned to, dog-eared, and referenced books. Can't recommend enough.

Thorough, clear, enlightening, and inspiring - not often achieved in academia
Format: Paperback
This is an extraordinarily well-researched manual. It presents for the reader a Catholic-Christian perspective on psychology/mental health which is faithful to the magisterial teachings of the Church and the Christian tradition. So much good will come to the clinician/professor/pastoral leader/student/generally-concerned-citizen who engages thoughtfully with the CCMMP. More to the point, those whom they serve will reap the real harvest. This could be one of the most important books written in this century. Yes. Bold claim. Bolder still and brighter yet the vision of the human person elucidated in this volume. "The glory of God is a human person fully alive" (St. Irenaeus of Lyon) The CCMMP sheds light for the reader to catch that vision of God's image (the human person) in a world so dimmed by confusion. Read this book. Or pick put some chapters that are of particular interest to you and go through those. You'll be glad you did.

Towards a Christian Psychology or Cure of Souls
Format: Paperback
Mental health professionals will benefit from this comprehensive manual that has been extensively researched, as it provides a way forward in the direct application of the Christian tradition in a therapeutic context. This book restores the authority within psychology back to the spiritual dimension rather than the empiricism and rationalism that is the legacy of the Enlightenment project and consequently of mainstream psychology. An important matter not addressed in this study are the arguably deleterious impacts of the Second Vatican Council (1962–1965) on the hearts and minds of the faithful, not to mention the crisis in religious vocations to which it has led. Therefore, references to the doctrinal teachings of Vatican II (and the contemporary church) should be considered with discernment so that a clear distinction can be maintained between traditional Catholicism and some of its modern aberrations (Coomaraswamy, 2006). Notwithstanding, the book has many strengths that will benefit therapists who are interested in Christian psychology, or the “science of the soul” found within all of the world’s religions. It is by adhering to one of the divinely revealed spiritual traditions that we can gain access to a liberating discernment—“Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32)—which is essential for any integral therapy and healing. -Spiritual Psychology and Counseling, Vol. 7, No. 2 (2022)
