Designed by Stefano Giovannoni, this table lamp moves away from traditional lighting forms to create an anthropomorphic character that brings a sense of companionship and whimsy to any surface. Sweet Brother Joe Table Lamp is part of a series of "brothers" (including Bob, Sam, Tom, and Ted), each assuming a different posture. Joe is depicted in a relaxed sitting position, leaning back with his hands behind him as if he’s taking a breather. The design uses a soft-touch finish and rounded, abstract features to evoke a sense of playfulness without being childish.
