Laboratory tested wheels, approved by the UCI for worldwide competiton in Road, Cyclocross (including the all-important 33mm maximum width test) and Gravel racing - the HUP CDA30 is the do-it-all UCI legal wheel to run clincher tyres! The perfect blend of lightweight, aerodynamics and value for money.

At last, you do NOT have to use Tubulars if you want to be UCI legal, our new HUP CDA30's have been designed specifically for cyclo-cross clincher tyres, so you can change tyres at events to suit conditions, without needing a van full of expensive, pre-glued tubular wheelsets!

  • Rim Type: 700c, hooked, 30mm deep semi-aero, 24h, 19mm inner width, 23mm outer width, Presta valve and Tubeless compatible
  • Front Hub: HUP RCG24 Lightweight CNC (100mm OLD, 12mm thru-axle)
  • Rear Hub: HUP RCG24 Lightweight CNC Ratchet - 11sp Shimano/SRAM cassette body or XDR (142mm OLD, 12mm thru-axle)
  • Tyres: Clincher tyres (tubeless compatible) from 23c (max 100psi) upto 45c for Road/CX/Gravel (gives a correct 33mm UCI width for CX)
  • Brake Type: centrelock
  • Spokes: Pillar PBA1416 straight-pull 2-cross spokes and Alloy Polyax nipples

Top Tips: we always recommend the fitting of rim protection inserts to protect your investment! Truing: only true your wheels if you are experienced and qualified at wheel building and always hold the spokes to avoid spoke twist. Nominal spoke tensions for this wheelset should not fall below 10 or exceed 19 on a calibrated Park Tool tensiometer. More install info here. *subject to manufacturing tolerance +/- 3%

After speaking over the phone with the seller, I was confident in this purchase for my SPD son. They do not use harsh chemicals or dyes in the process. It is from New Zealand and the only use in Vietnam is for shipping. My son hasn't been diagnosed yet for Autism but he is in the process. He is super sensitive to all things sensory and Amazon feedback isn't the place to give specific details on his condition but I will write that when he fist touched it- which was willingly- he smiled and asked to sleep on it. When he laid down on it and I covered him- he was calm and smiling. In the pic I provided he is calm and holding his door (his obsession is doors and windows). He even set his door down to hold the fur. For other mommies and papas with spd/autistic kids you know that willingly touching a new fabric and setting down an obsessive item is huge and super encouraging! I am so grateful to have such a quality item that is affordable for my special needs son. His older sister received one as well as is now pretending to be a sheep. Fun for everyone! The ONLY negative is that the brand/info sticker on the pelt was a pain to get off and pulled some of the felt - not damaging it but blemishing the unity -but if the skin is down it will not be noticeable. A super fun detail is that all of the fur is combed out but there were a few strands that were wavy and had a slight curl- I LOVED that. There was no odor at all which is great! I expected an animal smell which is better than chlorine or dioxin which is what competitors use in their process. There is no noticeable seam in the middle on the top where the two pelts are gathered. I am soooo satisfied!

On the fence? This is the sheepskin to get!

The sheepskin came well wrapped but not vacuum packed and is even prettier in person than the pictures. It is super soft, fluffy and dense and mine measured 26" x 40". I absolutely love the wolf tipped colors: ivory, dark grey and a slight brownish hue. There is a slight odor but I don't find it offensive. It stayed put on my leather couch and sitting on it during a Netflix movie was heavenly warm and comfortable. I did not observe any shedding. Will definitely buy another wolf tipped one, once it becomes available as it is worth the money.
