NOTE: This is real deerskin leather cord with limited processing that is treated lightly with black dye. Similarly to real indigo blue jeans which can leave residue the first wears and washes, the leather on our deerskin sheds these small bits of the back sueded surface. Over time, this should lessen and eventually stop.
