Every elevated feeder looks the same: a fixed stand, fixed angle, bowls that sit flat. The PawTilt™ does one thing differently — it tilts. A single hand-tightened knob lets you dial in the angle that works for your cat or dog, lock it, and leave it. No tools, no fiddling, no guessing.

The PawTilt™ adjustable elevated pet bowl stand holds two removable 12 cm stainless steel bowls at a height of 15 cm — raised enough to reduce the neck extension cats and small dogs have to hold when eating from a floor bowl, without being so high it creates a different awkward angle. The frame is a powder-coated black steel rail with rounded beech wood side panels. The tilt range is 270°, adjusted with a thumb-tightened star knob on the side panel. Tighten, and it locks. No drift during mealtimes.

Both bowls lift straight out for washing. The stand wipes clean. The whole thing sits compactly at 32 cm wide — enough room for two bowls side by side without taking over the feeding corner.

Why the tilt matters

A standard elevated feeder raises the bowl. That helps — your cat or small dog doesn’t have to dip their head all the way to floor level. But “raised” and “angled correctly for this specific animal” are two different things. A flat bowl at 15 cm is better than a flat bowl at 0 cm. A tilted bowl at 15 cm is better still — because it brings the food to the front of the bowl rather than pooling it at the bottom, which means less rooting and less whisker fatigue for cats in particular.

The PawTilt™’s 270° rotation range means you can set it flat, angled gently forward, steeply raked, or anywhere in between. The star knob on the side panel tightens to lock the angle. It won’t slip during a meal. Loosen it, adjust, retighten — the whole process takes about five seconds.

The materials

The frame is powder-coated steel in matte black — the same surface treatment used on kitchen shelving and furniture that’s built to last in a domestic environment. The side panels are rounded beech wood, which is why the stand looks like a piece of furniture rather than a piece of pet equipment. The bowls are stainless steel, lift out without tools, and wash in the sink or dishwasher.

The wood panels should not go in the dishwasher or be submerged in water. Wipe them down with a damp cloth if needed. The steel frame is the same — wipe clean, don’t soak.

Worth knowing

The stand height is 15 cm, which is right for cats and small dogs. It is not suited to medium or large breeds — a Labrador, Spaniel, or similar would need a taller stand. The 12 cm bowl diameter is sized for cats and toy/small dog breeds.

The wood side panels are not waterproof. Keep them wiped dry after mealtimes and they’ll last well. Don’t submerge or dishwash.

Questions

What angle should I set it at?

There’s no single correct angle — it depends on your pet. A gentle forward tilt (roughly 10–15° from flat) works well for most cats eating wet food; it pools the food at the front of the bowl where it’s easiest to reach. For dry food or water, flat or very slightly angled is usually fine.

Watch your pet eat at a few different settings and you’ll find the one they prefer within a day or two. The knob takes seconds to adjust.

Will this work for my dog?

The 15 cm stand height and 12 cm bowl diameter are well-suited to cats and small dog breeds — Chihuahuas, Toy Poodles, Shih Tzus, Bichon Frisés, Dachshunds, French Bulldogs, and similar. For medium or large breeds the stand height will be too low and the bowls too small.

If you have a medium or larger dog, take a look at our PawLift adjustable elevated dog bowl stand — it’s height-adjustable and has larger bowls for bigger breeds.

Are the bowls dishwasher-safe?

Yes — the stainless steel bowls lift straight out and can go in the dishwasher. The frame and wood side panels should not go in the dishwasher. Wipe the frame down with a damp cloth and dry the wood panels after mealtimes.

Does the tilt lock stay in position during meals?

Yes. The star knob on the side panel tightens against the wood panel to lock the angle. Once tightened, the frame won’t drift during normal use. If you find it slipping, tighten the knob a little further — it’s hand-tightened so no tools are needed.

Can I use one bowl for food and one for water?

Yes, and that’s the most common setup. Some owners prefer to keep water in a separate fountain (cats in particular drink more from moving water) — if that’s your preference, both bowls can be used for food, or one bowl can simply be left empty. The bowls are identical and interchangeable.

Also in the feeding range: PawLift elevated dog bowl stand — height-adjustable, for medium and larger dogs. And PawSip cat water fountain — for cats who drink better from moving water.

Cute but Not Durable
Color: 2PK Green Leaping Phrog
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cute but Not Durable Super cute toy—my dogs loved it right away! Unfortunately, they chewed the head off within a few hours. I ordered a second one because they were so into it, but the same thing happened again. I won’t be ordering a third, but they still play with their two headless frogs. So while it’s not the most durable, it definitely kept them entertained!

Great toy
Color: Black/Orange
This brand really makes durable toys. They outlast every other toy my dogs have. One dog loves to get the squeaker out of any toy, but he doesn’t rip this one apart. Obviously it won’t last forever, but no toy does! Some other brands of toys only make it a day or two, while these last months to years.

Great toy for two big German Shepherds
Color: Brown
We only buy Tuffy dog toys now because we have one German Shepherd, and we often watch our daughter's GSD too, and the two dogs tear anything else apart in minutes. Tuffy toys are BY FAR superior to any other dog toy we have tried. That being said, some Tuffy toys seem to last longer than others with the two dogs, and this one has been pretty good! We've had it for a few weeks now, and it's just now starting to show some white (stuffing) where their teeth have pierced the top of the toy. That's pretty good, considering they play tug of war with it and can tear into toys pretty hard. If it were just our one dog, I think it would last a lot longer because it's the tug of war between the two of them that does them in faster. Even so, when they do manage to tear the fabric in vulnerable places, I just pull the stuffing out from that area, and they continue to play with it, sometimes for months! This one is better than some other Tuffy toys too because it has lots of areas where there is already more fabric and reinforced seams than stuffing, like all the legs on the side, the tail, and even the pincers. So far, they haven't been able to tear into those at all. Just a bit on the top of the head, and so far, no stuffing coming out yet. This one is a big win for us! When they finally do do it in, I will turn around and buy another Scorch the Scorpion right away!

Tuffy Desert Phrog vs Lola
Color: Green Leaping Phrog, Color: Green Leaping Phrog
Just a little background about my dog. Lola is a 5 year old corgi-terrier mix with jaws of steal. Lesser stuffed toys have met death in under 5 minutes. Tennis balls last less than a day. Rope toys that do not have frayed ends might possibly last a week (frayed ends never stand a chance). The only toys that she has not managed to destroy are her Kong, a Kong bone, and a racquet ball. I figured I would document the life span of Phrog (Tuffy Scale: 9) before making my final judgement on it’s durability. Day 1 - Phrog Arrives! Lola was very excited about the arrival of Phrog and immediately went into destruction mode. Phrog did sustain a little damage before we were able to bribe her to drop Phrog and get her understand that he was more fun to play fetch with than to mutilate. The white you see in the picture is not stuffing, but the second layer of defense for the toy. The fact that my living room is not full of stuffing and I didn’t have to pry a squeaker out of my dog’s mouth, I’d say Phrog wins the Day 1 challenge. Day 9 - Phrog has sustained a little more damage, but not anything life threatening. His side wound is a little bit larger and one of his eyes is half ripped off. For safety reasons, I am going to finish removing the damaged eye and some loose thread from various places. Other than that, Phrog is still holding up and holds top toy spot. I have also found him very useful for dealing with anxiety; the squeaker can often distract her from her stressors and Phrog takes the abuse of her frustrations. Day 16 - Phrog is starting to show signs of mortal wounds. Lola has made it through the thicker layer around his arm and I can see the stuffing. It is only a matter of time before gets all the way through. Day 60 - Phrog still lives!!! I have done some surgery on Phrog to reinforce the fabric around his arms, but Franken-Phrog is still the favorite of all of the toys. She will even get brave enough to rescue Phrog from the evil vacuum when he is kidnapped and tortured. I am thinking about purchasing Phrog II for the inevitable day when Phrog goes off to the pet toyland in the sky, but for now, there is only one Phrog for Lola.
