If you are sending it yourself, please email us or fax us a copy of the prescription first and then send the original to our physical address above. Always provide us with your full contact details and shipping address if not already on your prescription. We will dispatch it once we receive both the original prescription in the mail and payment.

PLEASE NOTE:

We will NOT dispense/deliver any prescriptions NOT written by a currently registered New Zealand Doctor, Midwife or Dentist, even if you pre-purchased the item online here. You will be charged a 20% refund fee if you have pre-purchased it online and your prescription does not meet the criteria set out in our policy.

We will NOT deliver any prescription items Overseas, even if it is written or counter-signed by a New Zealand practitioner.


We can also Blister Pack your medications at NO extra charge, if you wish and if you are on a few medications, in order to help you manage your medications better. Blister Packs have to be dispensed usually on a monthly basis and we would need few days notice in order to prepare them.
SuperGold/Veteran Card holders and GreyPower members will receive 30% off their prescription fees for fully funded and partially funded items PLUS FREE DELIVERY nationwide (Non-subsidised items excluded from this offer). TL;DR: Not worth the money I’ve had quite a few cooling pillows and, while not the worst, this is also not the best in my experience. First, I had to take the cover off. It was ridiculously thick, thereby negating any cooling effect that I could feel. With the cover removed, the cooling sensation is noticeable when laying your head on it and it lasts for a minute or so. On the bright side, when the cooling feeling completely dissipates, the pillow doesn’t feel hot like some others. Having to lay on it without the cover makes it less comfortable because of the encasing material. Other than that, I’d rate the support and comfort as mediocre as well. Not worth the money in my opinion, maybe if it was about 33%-50% less.

Is this a Casper or Tempurpedic?
When I went to wash the pillow covering I discovered that it iterally had a Tempurpedic factory pillow covering underneath the Casper factory pillow covering - leading me to believe that it was either a return item shipped out as new, and the previous owner actually returned a Tempurpedic pillow disguised as a Casper, or Casper is actually manufactured by Tempurpedic and uses the Casper brand to upcharge. Either way - it's turned out to be an overly expensive - mediocre pillow.

I am very disappointed with this product. I write a lot of reviews and give credit where credit is due. I wish credit was due here. I bought this as a gift for my wife. She slept on it for a few nights and finally stated that it never cools and is hot instead. And so I tried it and found the same thing. I bought an inexpensive cooling pillow from Costco and we both found that one to cool a little bit and it isn’t hot. I’m summary, you don’t always get what you pay for and at $100, this pillow does not deliver. It’s supportive and it seems well made, which is why I give it two stars. But it does not deliver any cooling. Save your money and try a different pillow.
