Stress Reduction: Stress, one of the most common causes, makes our body not prioritise deep sleep.^<2> Moreover, low quality sleep affects how we perceive stress, i,e we tend to handle stress worse, causing a cascading effect. SLAB contains adaptogens such as Scisandra berry and Ashwagandha to help adapt our bodies to stress better.
