"Bright, pale salmon-pink, lighter edged. The nose is softly full, vibrant aromas of citrus, melded with white florals, cherries, raspberries and spicy fresh-cut herbs. Medium-light bodied, dryish to taste, raspberries, red berries intermix with cherries and spices, underlying floral fragrance. Blend of wine coming from the Languedoc Roussillon region. A wide variety of soil such as sand, clay, chalk, schist, gravel and pebbles. Mediterranean climate, very windy with high temperatures and exceptional sun.
