The panel is 10 inches by 12 inches and weighs just 20 ounces (1.25 lbs). This flexible armor panel measures 0.55 inches thick or just over 1/2 inch.

Our panel is enclosed in a washable, 600 denier polyester carrier. This carrier provides a tough outer shell so that you don't have to worry about wearing out your armor panel as it moves around inside your plate carrier.
