INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to the Remove & Replace Damaged Wall & Floor Tiles course. This course only includes a challenge assessment designed to assess your knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competence in planning, preparing, removing, replacing, aligning, grouting and cleaning damaged wall and floor tiles in accordance with work instructions, substrate conditions, waterproofing requirements, workplace procedures and safety controls.

Removing and replacing damaged wall and floor tiles involves interpreting task instructions, selecting PPE, tools, equipment and repair materials, controlling worksite hazards, removing defective tiles without damaging surrounding areas and preparing surfaces for replacement tile installation. In real workplace practice, this skill area is important because repair work must restore the tiled area while maintaining surrounding tile condition, waterproofing integrity, joint alignment, visual consistency and a clean finished surface.

The course assessment focuses on your ability to read task instructions; select PPE; apply legal, Australian Standards, WHS, environmental, manufacturer, workplace, drawing and specification requirements; inspect worksites and control hazards with signage and barricades; select and check tools and equipment; report faults; select repair materials, calculate quantities and handle materials safely; remove damaged wall and floor tiles without affecting surrounding tiles; clean and clear old bedding; repair or replace waterproofing where required; select and cut matching replacement tiles; install tiles to maintain existing joint alignment; grout repaired areas; clean tiles; clear work areas; recycle materials; and maintain plant, tools and equipment.

By successfully completing this course assessment, you will have demonstrated that you can remove and replace damaged wall and floor tiles by interpreting work requirements, applying safety and workplace controls, selecting and checking tools and repair materials, removing defective tiles carefully, preparing surfaces and waterproofing where required, cutting and installing matching replacement tiles, maintaining alignment with existing joints, grouting, cleaning, recycling and maintaining equipment.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
