The transmission in your Jeep Wrangler is the heart of its drivetrain. Whether you're hauling groceries or hitting the trail, it's vital to keep it performing at its best, and keeping the transmission fluid cool is crucial to that goal. In an attempt to balance drivability and the health of your transmission, Jeep fitted a thermostatic bypass valve to the lines that feed the transmission cooler. This valve ensures fluid doesn't flow through the cooler before the transmission reaches operating temperature, preventing overcooling in cold environments. However, when the thermostat in this valve fails, it's almost a guarantee your transmission will overheat. Moreover, those who live in hot climates will likely never have to worry about overcooling, rendering the valve a useless flow restriction. That's why Mishimoto has developed a full-flow thermostatic bypass valve for the 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler. The Mishimoto thermal bypass valve kit includes an all-aluminum CNC-machined housing that replaces the stock unit. This full-flow valve allows fluid to pump through the cooler as soon as the vehicle is started, eliminating the potential failure point of the stock bypass and providing cooling benefits. The full-flow design is beneficial to vehicles operating in hot climates, extreme driving conditions, or towing heavy loads. We really like the idea and ease

Right out of the box, it comes with pee pads included, which is a thoughtful touch and lets you start using it immediately without needing to buy extras first. The design is simple yet highly effective, especially for dogs who tend to lift their leg or accidentally aim a bit higher than expected.
The removable high wall guard is one of the standout features. It does an excellent job preventing urine from splashing outside the pad area and keeps surrounding floors, walls, and furniture clean. Because the splash guard is detachable, it can be removed easily when needed, making the entire unit extremely user-friendly when it comes to cleaning and maintenance.
At 23" x 23", the size is generous without being bulky. It offers plenty of space for small to medium dogs to move around comfortably, and it gives puppies a larger target area as they learn proper potty habits. The frame holds pads securely in place so they don’t bunch up or slide around, even if a dog circles or shifts while using it.
The durable plastic construction is another strong point. It feels sturdy, not flimsy, and holds up well to daily use. Cleaning the plastic is simple—usually just a quick rinse and wipe-down is enough to keep it looking and smelling fresh. Changing out the pee pads is also quick and hassle-free, making upkeep easy even on busy days.
It keeps messes contained, simplifies pad changes, and offers a durable, spacious setup that both dogs and owners can appreciate. It's a great choice for indoor training or long-term use.

Works Great & Very Practical for Indoor Potty Training
Pattern Name: Detachable high wall
I really love this pee pad tray. We have a similar one from another retailer that has worked well, and I wanted a second tray for our multi-story home. My puppy had no trouble using this right away since he’s already trained to use a pad when we’re not able to take him out.
The design keeps his paws dry, which I appreciate, and it even came with wee pads included. The splash guard is a nice touch for male dogs my puppy isn’t lifting his leg yet, but it will definitely be useful later on.
Just a note: if your dog tends to have softer stools, cleaning the small holes in the tray might take a little extra effort. For us, that hasn’t been an issue, and the tray is easy to rinse off when needed.
Overall, this is a much cleaner and more reliable option compared to indoor grass pads or loose training pads that some puppies chew up. I’m really happy with it and would recommend it.

Reliable, No‑Mess Pads That Actually Work

I’ve tried a bunch of different puppy pads, but these Amazon Basics ones are easily the most reliable. The 5‑layer design really does make a difference—no leaking, no soggy spots, and the quick‑dry top layer keeps my puppy from tracking wet footprints around the house. They absorb way more than I expected, and the plastic backing has never let anything seep through to the floor.
The size is perfect for daily training, and the pads stay flat instead of bunching up. My puppy took to them right away, and cleanup is super easy. For the price and the quality, these are honestly the best value pads I’ve found. Highly recommend for puppies, small dogs, or even senior dogs who need a little extra help.
