How to use
1. Prepare Your Bath:
Fill your bathtub with warm water at a comfortable temperature.
2. Add the Flakes:
Use the included scoop to measure approximately ½ cup (125g).
Pour the flakes into the water and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Soak and Relax:
Immerse yourself in the bath, ensuring the water covers the affected areas.
Relax and soak for 20–30 minutes, allowing the magnesium and bentonite clay to do their work.
For a Foot Spa or Bucket:
Add 1 tablespoon of flakes to your foot spa or bucket. Soak feet for at least 20 minutes.
