Descriere

Pansamentul hidrocoloid absorbant, autoadeziv, cu un strat de acoperire semipermeabil și rezistent la germeni, creează un mediu optim umed pentru rană prin transformarea în gel a componentelor hidrocoloide ale pansamentului. Gelul rămâne absorbant până când hidrocoloidele sunt saturate, promovând astfel granulația și epitelizarea, fără a irita rana la îndepărtare. Ideal pentru tratamentul rănilor cu tendință slabă de vindecare.
