MICROCHIP 24AA02UID-I/SN EEPROM, I2C, 2 Kbit, 256K x 8bit, 400 kHz, SOIC, 8 PinsThe 24AA02UID I SN is a 2kB IC serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) with a preprogrammed, 32 bit unique ID. The device is organized as two blocks of 128 x 8 bit memory with a 2 wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1. 7V, with maximum standby and active currents of only 1mA and 1mA, respectively. The 24AA02XUID also has a page write capability for up to eight bytes of data. Single supply
