It is well balanced, silky but structured, with elegant soft tannins and a good acidity. Long aftertaste. 100% Monastrell grown in Yecla in limestone soil. Grapes were harvested in September 2018,

100% Monastrell grown in Yecla in limestone soil.
Grapes were harvested in September 2018, fermented for 8-10 days at 24-26ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steeel tanks. The wine was aged for 6 months in oak barrels (80% French and 20% American).
Food Pairing: Pair with lamb, meat stews, grilled meats in general, spiced food(Mexican), cured cheeses, assorted tapas.
