Lo Champagne Fleury Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut si presenta come una pura espressione del terroir della Côte des Bars. Prodotto da uve Pinot Nero coltivate con metodi biologici e biodinamici, questo champagne affina per 24 mesi sui lieviti, portando in sé la profonda esperienza di una Maison artigianale.

Uvaggio: Pinot Nero 100%.

Affinamento: 24 mesi sui lieviti.

Note degustative: Dorato brillante e un perlage sottile. Al naso profumi di frutti rossi croccanti, note tostate e un tocco di miele. Al palato è fresco, avvolgente, con un equilibrio perfetto tra acidità e struttura, chiudendo con un finale lungo e minerale.
