This class is held at Arkansas Knife Shop and will include 45 minutes of class time.

This sharpening class is taught by Jonathan Caruso, owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. Jonathan has earned the Journeyman Smith rating in the American Bladesmith Society and is a Forged in Fire champion. He has won multiple awards at knife shows and chopping competitions and has been featured on several podcasts, YouTube channels, and in BLADE Magazine.

• Bring one (1) non-serrated kitchen style knife to sharpen. 

• Arrive to Arkansas Knife Shop 10 minutes early. Class will begin on time.

• Closed toed shoes required.

• No refunds. Dates can be rescheduled with a 48 hour notice.

• We can accommodate up to 2 people per class. Pricing is per person.

• Must be 14 years old to attend the class. Minors must have a parent present at all times. If the parent wants to participate, they need to purchase a spot in the class too. Parent/Child classes are always special.

All items used for instruction will be available to purchase after the class.
