The Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife ideal for filleting fish with precision.

This single-edged high-carbon steel blade offers excellent sharpness.

The handle has been repaired, possibly due to a previous break, but the "Highest Honor Award" and "Prime Minister’s Award" engravings have been preserved. It’s an elegantly restored handle that retains its distinctive markings.

The spine shows some hammer marks, which should not affect functionality, and the price reflects these minor imperfections.
