The Tea Tree Gully 2019 Shiraz was produced from fruit grown in the Riverland area, South Australia. Following harvest the fruit underwent a 7 day cool soak before
fermentation. After 10 days skin contact the wine was pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months prior to blending and bottling.
Food Pairing: Slow cooked BBQ brisket or a strong hard cheese such as cheddar.
