The climate is also continental, resulting in long sunny days and noticeable cooler nights. Long sunshine hours ensure fruit ripens fully and low relative humidity results in little incidence of disease.
The fruit for this approachable, full-flavoured wine was harvested at ight. The grapes were fermented for a period of seven days. After fermentation, the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks and oak prior to final blending.
