AOR Ortho Iron Vegan 264mg

AOR Ortho Iron Vegan 264mg is a vegan and lactoferrin-free version of Ortho Iron, AOR’s award winning iron formula. It includes synergistic nutrients that are necessary for proper iron absorption, and is useful for treating iron-deficiency anemia.* Ortho Iron Vegan is well tolerated, and doesn’t tend to cause the side effects common to iron supplements such as nausea or constipation.*

Anemia is the most common blood disorder in the world and is characterized by a reduced number of red blood cells. There are several different types of anemia, including iron deficiency anemia which is a result of low iron levels, and pernicious anemia which is caused by vitamin B12 and folate deficiency. Regardless of cause, symptoms of anemia include debilitating fatigue, weakness and difficulty concentrating, all of which improve with treatment. Ortho Iron Vegan provides iron, vitamin B12 and folate, and promotes proper red blood cell formation, and is therefore effective for the treatment and prevention of both iron deficiency and pernicious anemia.*

Ortho Iron Vegan is formulated with supporting nutrients such as vitamins B6, vitamin C, zinc and copper, which help improve iron absorption while reducing the risk of side effects. Vegans and vegetarians will benefit from Ortho Iron Vegan because they are at a higher risk of anemia, as well as iron and B12 deficiency, simply because their diets do not provide the more absorbable, heme form of iron found in meat, and are lower in vitamin B12.*

A new take 🤔
Format: Kindle
I’m not going to go into what this book is about — by now you e already read the synopsis and have an idea — but I will give a couple of insights. Definitely a different take on angels and their fall; I like it. This is an interesting start to a new series - YES, this does end on a cliffhanger so be prepared for that. I’m eager for the next book (and hopefully the last in this series — sometimes the author(s) will switch it up depending on how the story flows for them) in this series. I’m hoping that a certain male character redeems himself because he’s a dick that will make the meaning of mixed signals jealous lol. You ever watch that old movie — I think it’s call Mommy Dearest? — yea, let’s switch that up to daddy. That man would make a perfect husband to mommy dearest. I recommend this book because while these authors are well known for their cliffhangers, they are also well known for putting out good stories.

Liked it
Format: Kindle
I liked the worlds and the characters. The prophesy is confusing in that I would think, since all worlds ore on a path to destruction, the angels would want their world to be saved. I am sure there is more evil that will be revealed as the series proceeds. I dislike a prolonged “poor little me” trope and the main character has moved past that, thankfully, and began to show a fierce attitude as the novel progressed. The last portion of the novel had some great action. It’s worth reading, just be patient with a slow start.

Monstrously Sweet
Format: Kindle
This book packs an emotional punch, especially if you’ve experienced childhood trauma (particularly abuse and/or neglect). Alexandra creates these three strong protectors who love her and will do anything to make her feel happy and safe. She started out drawing them when she was a small child, and then transitioned to stories as she grew up. Lucien, Elwin, and Kylo look frightening in their monster forms, but it’s clear that they would never hurt Alexandra, and she has never felt afraid of them. They have very distinct personalities that we get to know better throughout the book. The love and devotion they have for Alexandra is sweet and unwavering. This is a fantastic and creative story! The world-building is wonderful - it’s a shared world with M. Sinclair, and takes place at a university for supernatural beings. The additional world-building within Alexandra’s story added even more depth and intrigue. The spicy times were 🥵 and it’s more of a medium burn, but it works with the characters and I expect that it’ll pick up quite a bit in the next books. Monsters Within has a unique way of addressing mental health issues that can come from being abused and neglected. There are some flashbacks to Alexandra’s childhood that provide some insight but they don’t go into heavy details. I absolutely adored this book and can’t wait for more!

One of us
Format: Kindle
Alexandra is literally one of us. She's just lucky her fictional men became a reality hahaha. This was a good start to what I know is going to be a great series. This was fast paced and kept me entertained. Im ready for the chaos to slow down a little bit so we can get more into the character development. There's so much happening, I feel like we hardly know anything about anyone BUT that's why this is a series so let's get to the next one!
