Plant in large, wide, shallow containers or in your pond. Plant in heavy loam soil in full sun with 6 - 8 inches of water above the soil.

Lotus Fertilizing Instructions Fertilize monthly, June through September, with fertilizer tabs when two aerial leaves are growing up out of the water.

I could not get the piece back in. Then, the entire grind assembly came out as I was cooking. This item did not even get daily use. I purchased a different brand several years ago, I wish I had purchased that one again.
