The product is a combination of two important omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), derived from cod liver oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the brain and vision. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother supports the proper development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and breastfed infants. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
