The moon and star are encrusted with Old Mine Cut and Rose Cut diamonds, with a silver front, rose gold back, and wonderful patina that emphasizes the beauty of the diamonds. This piece has a bail that unscrews and has two places on the back where a pin attaches. The star can also be removed.
