The blade features a curved leading edge and 191mm wide profile, making it ideal for turning over soil and digging. The solid socket design makes the joint between the handle and blade hard-wearing when compared to open socket designs.
This Carters Stainless Steel Garden Spade is available with a choice of two different handle designs, with the split ash handle, which is the most popular and really looks the part, as well as the Ergo YD handle with a plastic grip and ash shaft.
