MegaFood Men 55+ Multivitamin 60 Tablets

MegaFood Multi for Men 55+ is formulated specifically for men over the age of 55 who want a multi without iron, iodine or vitamin K (for those required to avoid these nutrients) that supports their optimal health and well-being.

These tablets can taken on an empty stomach, any time of the day and are crafted with a host of supportive FoodState Nutrients, including 1000 IU (25 mcg) of vitamin D to support healthy bones, choline for healthy memory and cognitive function, pumpkin seed and green tea extract, and zinc for healthy prostate function.

Recommended Dosage: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.

Caution: If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.
