The SR80x headphones are renowned for their soundstage, mid-range, and speed, making them a long-standing favorite in the Grado lineup. The 4th Generation Grado drivers, specifically tuned for the SR80x, feature a more powerful magnetic circuit, a voice coil with decreased effective mass, and a reconfigured diaphragm. These enhancements to the 44mm drivers improve efficiency, reduce distortion, and preserve the harmonic integrity of your music.
The SR80x also boasts redesigned cables and headband for improved durability and comfort. The 4-conductor cable, now housed in a more robust exterior, features a super annealed copper wire for improved purity of the audio signal.
