The FreeHander lives up to its name, offering one-hand engagement when cutting and securing line. The wide paddle design gives intuitive purchase in cold or wet conditions, and moveable parts provide a custom fit. Optimized for use with Mono & Fluorocarbon line.
More times than not, the adventure angler will find themselves fighting current in a river, bobbing in a kayak, or clinging off the side of a boat. Tasks are rarely done on solid ground or with two free hands – out of this reality, the FreeHander was born. The inspiration was simple: give the angler a hand when cutting and securing line on-the-go.
Gerber took the familiar design of the line nipper and elevated it – honing in on the problem areas that anglers face. The FreeHander is not only a nipper, but a tool that can manage line or lure exchange in real time. The genius of the design centers around SuperVise Tech™, a pivoting retention clip that cinches line during lure exchange. No more flailing line or lures lost to the drink, just an easy to operate line vise that acts as an additional hand. A tether point is built into the pivoting line cutter that allows the angler to swivel the tool in any direction to get into tight spots with minimal strain.
Inclement weather isn’t anything new for anglers, freezing temps and wet conditions can be par for the course. What isn’t the norm is an upgrade that the FreeHander boasts: a wide paddle design for maximum contact between the angler and the tool. Gerber tools are built to last a lifetime. To ensure optimal performance, rinse your tool with fresh water and dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Apply oil to hinges and moving parts on a regular basis.

Functional divider for windows privacy

I ordered both a six and eight panel version of the white divider. There was some confusion on the FedEx deliveries. The eight panel divider arrived at first, but Amazon showed both as delivered. I had to contact both the seller and Amazon to learn that the six panel divider was to arrive the following day by FedEx, which did occur. Both the boxes were a bit dirty and had some small punctures. This divider had a top area and bottom area set of plastic wrap tapes, both of which were loose or undone. (The eight panel divider was not so, and properly wrapped.) The top of thid divider looked a little dirty, but passable/cleanable. The seller should consider wrapping the entire product with bubble wrap to protect against potential delivery/shipping physical and water damage. (FedEx left the box by my outside door, which could have gotten potentially soaked in rain. One better be home to take delivery if the weather is bad.) This said, the divider was easy to set up, with all the metal hinges working. No assembly was required, just unboxing and standing up. The left side was a little uneven on the bottom with the first panel, but ok. In combination with my mini-blinds, it provides the additional layer of privacy I desired. I even don't notice outside headlights and tailights through the windows with my room lights on. Additionally, the divider is easy to adjust to allow access to my windows for opening and closing. So, no need for me to hang curtains and damage my drywall. Overall I give the product a C grade because of the lack of protection for the FedEx shipping. (As a former University told me years ago, "The A has been cheapened. In this class you will work for an A." And, I got a B. So, I am a bit jaded. :-)) Lastly, if one had cats and dogs, or even small children, the divider could be easy for them to topple over. I would not consider these dividerd in that case. My motto is, "Safety first."

Very impressive!

I didn't think this screen could possibly be as good as some of the reviews seems to suggest but it had a good rating and seemed like it may be a good match for my needs, which were to create a backdrop for online meetings in my garage/home office. Wow am I surprised by the quality and functionality of this screen. 1) It is really maneuverable due to the two-way hinges. I felt like a kid with a new toy playing with all of the ways you can configure this screen. 2) It's very sturdy and yet light enough to move and store if needed. 3) No weird odors, has a light woody scent, barely noticeable. 4) Its a very high quality screen, beautifully built and very pretty. 5) Its dimensions are as described, a full six foot tall. I spent a lot of time shopping for a screen and am very happy that I chose this one.

Perfect experience ！！！
I love this divider. It is long enough and easy to move around. The 360° hinge can be adjusted to any angle I like. Perfectly hides the awkward corner so I can't see it all of the time. And the light color and pattern in the panels is beautiful. I will buy another one.
