STMICROELECTRONICS M24LR16E-RDW6T/2 EEPROM, Serial I2C, 16 Kbit, 2K x 8bit, 400 kHz, TSSOP, 8 PinsThe M24LR16E RDW6T 2 is a 16kB Dynamic NFC RFID tag IC with dual interface, Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM). It features an IC interface and can be operated from a VCC power supply. It is also a contactless memory powered by the received carrier electromagnetic wave. The M24LR16E R is organized as 2048 x 8 bit in the IC mode and as 512 x 32 bit in the ISO 15693 and ISO 18000 3 mode 1 RF mode. The M24LR16E R also features
