The Porta Brace CLK1 Camera Cloak (Blue) is a designed to keep a broadcast studio camera dry while shooting outdoors in the worst weather conditions. It covers a tally light, studio viewfinder (monitor), large box lens or sports lens attached to the broadcast camera, pan tilt-arms, controls and video tripod head. The cloak is made from a 3 layer bond of tough, 200 denier nylon oxford, a waterproof sheet of Fabuthane, and a soft layer of nylon tricot. Long sleeves help keep you dry while operating the camera. There are 3 hand warmer pockets in each sleeve for Porta Brace Polar heat packs to maintain warmth and keep your arms and hands working the camera during cold, outdoor events.
The Camera Cloak has lots of zippers that make putting the cloak on and taking it off easy to do. Nylon pull-ties cinch at all openings to help secure it around the camera and keep out unwanted rain, dust and other airborne particles. A clear vinyl window at the front of the cloak allows the tally light to shine through.
