The Armortech Lat pulldown and row attachment is an excellent addition to the PC5 Cage, allowing the user to utilise both lat pull down, and lat row exercises. This is helpful as it gives the user the opportunity to engage their muscles in a new way, producing greater results. The Lat attachment comes with a heavy duty steel construction, and is extremely stable during each and every use. A Fixed – bolting system is also included for extra stability. Aircraft quality cables offer a smooth and consistent motion when utilising the Lat row/pulldown attachments. Plate holders are also included and accept both Olympic and standard weight plates
