Recommended Dosage: Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels daily, with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store in this bottle or an airtight container protected from light.
Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, if you have diabetes, an iron deficiency, a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, a kidney disorder, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), or if you are having surgery. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Keep out of the reach of children. There is enough iron in this product to seriously harm a child.

Worst product ever terrible seller

If I could give this review, zero stars, I definitely would. I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience I’ve had with the seller, which is woot. They have no experience in selling products. They attach fake serial numbers on items that they shipped to you and when you tell them, you have a problem they are of no assistance. I am extremely infuriated with the quality of this product. I spent a lump sum amount of money on this now piece of junk. Oh, and to add my house almost caught on fire because the product overheated. I do not recommend anybody buy from the seller. The functionality is terrible. I am going to spread the word to everybody about my experience.
