The IMC SP25H Floor-mounted Potato Peeler F58/913 (220kg/ph) is a energy-efficient SP25 (3PH) peeler is ideal for medium and large kitchens with a three-phase power supply. Offering the speed and convenience of pre-prepared products, it has the power to peel up to 25kg of vegetables in two minutes - up to 513kg per hour - saving space and time.

Simple and safe to operate, the floor-standing SP25 (3PH) has a high pedestal, allowing the unit to be emptied into a sink.

Constructed from rust-proof stainless steel, the SP25 (3PH) is robust and low maintenance, with a heavy-duty belt and pulley drive. Its corrosion-resistant cast aluminium plate has a thick grit layer to deliver effective peeling, whilst stainless steel cylinder liners can be replaced for longer life and lower cost. The smooth profile of the self-draining cylinder and the dual position waste outlets make the peeler hygienic and easy to clean.

          The wood style is burned wood without any sealant. I would have given a better rating but some of the shelving was bowed which makes it not look as appealing. Pretty easy to install. Definitely will need your impact. I can’t imagine trying to do that with a hand held screwdriver. With the wood being bent the quality isn’t what I would want it to be. It can hold a decent amount of weight. But certainly not made for books. Even with wall anchors. It gives you the option to hang it as shown in its picture or the other way where the supports are flipped.
