Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) extract dry concentrate 320 mg from dry root 3.2 g
Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) extract dry concentrate 200 mg from dry root and rhizome 3.0 g
Astragalus membranaceus extract dry concentrate 150 mg from dry root 1.5 g
Bacopa monnieri extract dry concentrate 60 mg from dry whole plant 1.2 g
Rhodiola rosea extract dry concentrate 137.5 mg from dry root 1.1 g
Panax quinquefolius (American Ginseng) extract dry concentrate 50 mg from dry root 500 mg
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
