The 150' black Pro AV/IT Cat 6 Heavy-Duty Snagless Patch Cable from Comprehensive is rugged, durable, and engineered using pro grade 23 gauge twisted pair construction, that is then reinforced with a second heavy-duty PVC jacket making the cable useful for commercial applications of SMB, government, military, rental, and staging, and education. Snagless patch cable also provide up to 550 MHz bandwidth for high-speed signal transmission.
The cable meets all Cat 6 TIA/EIA standards. Each individual pair is attached together to ensure proper spacing between the twists of the wire which reduces loss, compared to a standard 100 MHz cable. It is suitable for distributing data, voice, and video on high-speed Ethernet and Gigabit networks and has molded, snagless boot that makes installing the cable quick and easy every time.

Can be useful for some.

This book is an easy read. I read it in one sitting. I found the information interesting, and not boring. Please keep in mind that everyone's situation is different, and not all tips will apply to you. I did find some points useful for future reference. If you're someone who doesn't know much about section 8 you would probably find this book helpful. Overall, I don't regret getting this book.

Great even if you don't use section 8
This a great book even if you aren't planning to use section 8. I learned a lot of things to go on the frugal side to save some money. This guy had 300 homes so you know he was doing something right. It was so interesting to read. Great book...I read it fast and I read it 2 times. I followed a lot of his tips.
