With delicious aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry blossom, the palate displays flavours of freshly sliced white pear, watermelon and subtle spice. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence. A perfect aperitif on a stunning summers day.

The fruit for this wine is sourced and blended from specifically selected Marlborough vineyards capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
