Top without frill: 34-36 = 65 cm, 38-44 = 80 cm, 46-50 = 100 cm, 52 = 115 cm
Top and bottom: 34-48 = 60cm, 50 = 80cm, 52 = 100cm

Your fabric must be ironable and not lose its shape too much: viscose, tencel, cotton, crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. Openwork fabrics like lace are also interesting because the pattern includes a lining.
