Dedicated to the Cambo ACTUS-B-series of view cameras, the ACTAR-24 is a 24mm f/3.5 lens that provides a 60mm image circle to facilitate both shift and rise/fall movements with sensor sizes up to 24 x 36mm. This wide-angle lens is permanently mounted in an ACTUS lensplate for seamless use with the view camera system and features a manual aperture ring for adjustment from f/3.5 to f/22, in half-stop increments. A 16 element in 11 groups optical design is employed to produce clean, sharp imagery with low distortion, making it well-suited to architectural and landscape applications. Each of the elements is also multi-coated to suppress surface reflections and flare for improved contrast and color fidelity when working in bright lighting conditions.
- Designed specifically for the ACTUS-B view camera, this wide-angle lens is permanently mounted in an ACTUS lensplate and maintains infinity focus with both DSLRs and mirrorless cameras. It is not compatible with the ACTUS-DB system.
- Featuring an image circle of 60mm, this lens covers full-frame, 24 x 36mm sensors and allows for approximately 10mm of shift per side when working in the horizontal orientation, or 12mm of shift in vertical orientation. When working with APS-C-sized sensors, approximately 15mm and 17mm of shift is available, respectively.
- A 16 element in 11 groups optical design affords a high degree of sharpness and resolution, and each individual element is multi-coated to suppress flare and ghosting for maintained contrast when working in strong lighting conditions.
- Manual aperture ring affords control from f/3.5 to f/22 in half-stop increments.

Convenient for travel
Good for travel when you may not have a glass, a spoon and a place to mix the powdered version with water. Make no mistake, you must still drink at least 8- 12 ounces of water with the capsules, and one serving is 5 capsules. But, this is a bulking agent,!so that is to be expected.

Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!

I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). I was skeptical, but it worked amazingly well—firms things up, reduces urgency and frequency, and gives me normal, regular bowel movements without any cramping or worsening. It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.
Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That's a huge win for heart health—I wasn't expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil's own claims). No side effects for me, and it's affordable in bulk.
If you have diarrhea/IBS-D issues or want natural cholesterol support, this is worth trying (start low and drink plenty of water).
