APPLICATION: Tempering valve to blend hot and cold water to deliver tepid water. Valve is installed in stainless steel cabinet designed for surface mounting on finished wall. Valve has flow capacity of 3.0 to 44 gallons per minute (GPM). Valve can be used with single installation of emergency showers and safety stations, and with multiple installations of emergency shower, eyewash, eye/face wash, dual purpose eyewash/drench hose, drench hose and safety station units.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Valve has bimetallic thermostat that senses incoming water temperature and automatically blends water to 85°F (29°C). High temperature limit stop is set to 90°F (32°C). Valve has dial thermometer on outlet to monitor temperature of delivered water. Note: Valve may need to be adjusted when installed based on incoming water temperature. Refer to ?Installation Instructions? for further information.

FAIL SAFE: In event of restriction or failure of hot water supply, internal bypass allows valve to deliver cold water to emergency unit. In bypass mode, valve will deliver 20 GPM of cold water at 30 PSI flow pressure. In event of loss of cold water supply, valve will close and not deliver water.

FLOW CAPACITY: Refer to chart below for flow capacity of valve at specified pressure drops:
System Pressure Drop (PSI) 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40
Flow Rate (GPM) 21 29 38 44 50 53 56 61

System Pressure Drop (bar) .3 .7 1.0 1.4 1.7 2.4 2.4 2.8
Flow Rate (Liters per Minute) 79 110 143 167 189 201 212 231

SUPPLY PRESSURE: 30 PSI minimum supply pressure is required for proper operation of valve. Maximum supply pressure is 125 PSI.

MOUNTING: Tempering valve is mounted in 18 gauge Type 304 stainless steel surface mounted cabinet. Cabinet has hinged door with lock.

INLETS: 1" NPT female hot and cold water inlets. Inlets can be rotated 360 degrees for top or bottom supply. Each inlet has integral water strainer, check valve and supply stop.

OUTLET: 1 1/4" NPT female outlet.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Valve is completely assembled and water tested prior to shipment. Unit is certified to ASSE 1071. Important: Pursuant to ANSI Z358.1-2004, the water delivered by emergency equipment should be ?tepid?. Tepid is defined as moderately warm or lukewarm, and is generally considered to be between 60°F (15°C) and 90°F (32°C). However, in certain circumstances, a chemical reaction may be accelerated or otherwise affected by the water temperature. Please consult with a medical advisor to determine the optimum delivered water temperature prior to specifying, installing or using a tempering valve. Tempering valves will not deliver the appropriate water temperature if the system has not been sized correctly. Please refer to the flow capacities and supply pressure requirements listed above when designing the tempered water system and selecting tempering valves. Tempering valves, like all emergency eyewash and shower equipment, must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions and maintained on a regular basis. Under ANSI Z358.1-2004, all emergency equipment should be activated weekly and inspected at least annually. Tempering valves should be treated the same and, in addition, must be regularly cleaned and cycled.

Coolest manga on the planet.
Format: Paperback
Great art, pacing and action scenes. Not afraid to go balls to the wall. More comics like this I general and we'd be living in a better world.

Good Graphic Novel
Format: Paperback
A good graphic novel full of action and well-done graphics. The story is fast paced and will keep your interest. The plot is well told and holds the premise for further stories in a series. A good read.

Extremely fun!
Format: Paperback
I couldn't stop laughing while reading this. It's very well written, well drawn, and the overall quality (both physical & story wise) is very good. Just finished reading this volume, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Ogami (the main protagonist) is a very fun character to follow through his dilemmas. Definitely looking forward to reading Volume 2!

pretty funny for a 39 year old, but...
Format: Kindle
I loved the premise of a "middle aged" hitman turning into a middle school boy, but there are some iffy bits for teens. When a divorced, middle aged hitman is turned into a middle school boy, shenanigans happen. I'm not sure if Kill Blue is a dark crime or school life comedy manga; I think it's a bit of both. The author does a great job portraying how adults see the current generation, obsessed with social media, etc. I loved how our grouchy, introverted ML starts to love learning, and begrudgingly becomes more social. He has a typical goofy sidekick and other side characters. The FL is a beautiful (?) middle school girl who keeps being hassled by teen boys and enemies of her father, and the ML reluctantly steps in to help. If you like this kind of manga, I'd recommend Sakamito Days, where the ML is already happily married. ********Spoiler Alert********* The whole idea that " I'll have to marry a middle school girl", when I'm really a 39 year old man is creepy. Even if the 39 yr old is in a middle school body. If this manga turns into a long series, and his character marries the girl, it will still be creepy. That's my parental concern.

Fun series starter
Format: Kindle
This was fun. Juzo Ogami is 39, legendary assassin and a divorced father of one. A bee sting transforms his body back to a 13-year-old’s, so his boss sends him to scout a middle school for his daughter—as a student there. It’s not easy for Ogami, who is a school drop-out and doesn’t know how to talk to children. On a first day, he’s pegged to be the class loser. But to his surprise, he discovers he loves learning. If only he could study in peace, but all sorts of pervs and kidnappers disturb the students and he has no choice but to step in. Anonymously. The real trouble begins when the scientist trying to find a solution to his age problem—his ex-wife—learns that to infiltrate the pharmaseutical company responsible for the age drug, Ogami needs to marry the owner’s daughter, who just happens to be his classmate. No way is he going to date a girl the same age as his daughter, not even to save her from worse suitors. Right? This was a fun start to a series. Ogami was slightly different age-change protagonist with his world-weariness and clear understanding of what is appropriate for someone his age. He changes a lot during the first volume already. It will be fun to see where that’ll lead. Art was good.
