Andrea Pfister (1942-2018) was born in Pesaro, Italy. As a child, he moved to Switzerland where he was educated. Later, he returned to Florence to study art and languages at the University. In 1961, he took a course in shoe design in Ars Sutoria Institute of Footwear Design in Milan and the following year he was awarded first prize in the International Designers Contest in Amsterdam for the shoe named “Comedie”.

In 1963, he moved to Paris established himself as a designer for the haute couture collections of Lanvin and Jean Patou. Two years later he presented the first collection under his own name and in 1967 he opened his own shop in Paris.

In 1968 he returned to Italy and opened a small factory to produce his own collections. In 1974 he moved into his new factory in Vigevano, where along with his own line, he produced shoes for Krizia. At that time he started designing accessories: bags, belts, scarves and jewelry. In 1976 Pfister opened his second shop in Paris.

His exquisitely designed shoes, embellished with sequins, multicolored pearls, and lavish embroidery and applique, attest to his individual creativity, craftsmanship and attention to details, which is essentially Italian. Pfister’s colourful shoes are stylish and amusing and have earned him a worldwide reputation of a master shoe designer. His innovative shoes have adorned the feet of some of the world's most known celebrities, like Elizabeth Taylor and Madonna.

When composing a new design Andrea Pfister starts with color and revises his prototypes in several stages, balancing shapes, proportion, originality and comfort. The end result is a shoe that is elegant and original. “Colours, materials and clear lines are very important to me,” he says.

Great Value for a ball my dog loves!
Color: S6-muti-color
I wish these ball were in the subscription program! My dog gets sooo excited by the new ball, but her interest in things lasts for a few days. She kills the squeak within 11minutes, but the squeaker stays in place rather than becoming a chocking or swallow hazard, and she still loves to chew it. Next, we must throw the ball approximately 723 times the first day, possibly 496 times on day 2, and just 3- 4 on day 3, at which point she will chase the ball before hollering "it's over here if you need it," while she checks on the chipmunk den. We currently have 17 of these balls in our yard (because we have given several leftovers to a less discriminating doodle next door). These balls hold up really well, get her extremely active for the first couple of days, and are a much cheaper than doggie daycare (after an active morning with a new ball, she is happy to chew on it and sleep much of the day). I always have these on hand!

Pieces chewed off
Color: white & green
My Aussiedoodle loves it. I throw it down the hallway, it bounces crazy, and he chases it. The only complaint is that he can't chew much of the ball part. So now I have to have it put away and brought out for special playtime.

Perfect for my dog!
Style: Flying Glow Squirrel
My dog loves it! It hovers in flight, making it easy to catch, and it’s easy for her to pick up since it’s not flat like a regular disc. It even went thru the washing machine without damage, but I let it air dry so the dryer wouldn’t tear it up. Will buy again!

So much fun
Style: Flying Glow Squirrel
My shepherd loves this thing. He is a true fiend for a frisbee or ball and this is his new favorite toy. He will carry it around just to do so, and that’s a new thing for him. It’s soft which is good for my poor hands, yet it’s durable and stands up to the tests he throws at it. It flies well and hasn’t warped no matter what it’s hit. No tears through any of the chewing yet either. Good size toy that gives hours and hours of fun for the most playful and silly doggos out there!

Beloved dog toy now in glow in the dark canvas.
Style: Flying Glow Squirrel
This is a great frisbie style product with the advantage of glow in the dark visibility. My German Shepherd has been retrieving the original Chuckits for 5 years. They fly through the air and have the advantage of curved design which allows a dog to slide their mouth under it easily when it is on the ground. Awesome dog toy that my dog never tires of. Heavy duty canvas design for durability and washability when it gets muddy.
