Absolutely incredible vintage bag from Louis Vuitton + Azzedine Alaia. For their 100th year anniversary in 1996, Louis Vuitton released a collection of iconic handbags reinvented in collaboration with several other famous designers, one of which, was Mr. Azzedine Alaia. A perfect merging of their two worlds, this iconic Alma handbag features leopard calf hair over the house of Louis Vuitton's iconic LV monogram logo scheme coated canvas. Single knotted strap handle suitable for sliding it over your arm and wearing at the elbow. Top zipper closure, lined in woven cotton, with two inner pockets. This gorgeous handbag also comes complete with the makeup bag, lipstick holder, comb/comb cover, pouch, and compact cover as well. There was also a third collaborator involved- famed French cosmetic company Guerlain. The compact cover and lipstick holder were designed for their products, and this bag includes the original unused pressed powder in Perlee No. 2 and lipstick in shade Papaye for collecting posterity. Includes original LV lock and keys.

MAKEUP BAG: 7.5' Width, 4.5" Height, 3" Depth

Condition: Overall excellent condition. The bag is great, but the edges of the calf hair show balding along the edges of the strap, knotting, and bottom (bound to happen from use). The leather piping on the bag shows minor signs of wear. The lock and metal zipper pullers show signs of age/wear. The interior is impeccably clean. All makeup collection pieces are clean and never used, the makeup bag only shows extremely minimal wear to leather piping, and interior is clean.
